TERMS OF DELIVERY
- Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are carried out by the courier company Econt Express or Speedy.
The price of the delivery is formed on the basis of the current delivery prices of Speedy/Econt.
- The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days (with the exception of populated areas, which are served according to the Econt/Speedy schedule). Please note that during the brand's promotional campaigns, delivery may take up to 5 working days.
- International delivery: 10 days.
- EU delivery: 5 days.
- Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are processed accordingly - Monday or the first working day after the holiday.
- Orders are processed until 4 p.m. on working days. Orders received after 4pm are processed the next working day.
- If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by our employee on the indicated phone number.

RETURN CONDITIONS
The user has the right within 14 days to refuse the goods he has purchased, and he can choose to return the product from a personal address or the office of a courier company Econt or Speedy. The customer does not have to pay any costs, excluding those for return shipping. The term begins to run from the date of:
- receiving the product
The value of the returned products will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the account you specified in the return request.

You can return an ordered item only if there is NO damage caused by improper use - the item is not torn, scratched, worn, washed, ironed, with traces of make-up. The packaging must also be intact and the item returned in it. All product labels must be retained, as well as the product's hygiene sticker, if any.
If we find that any of these conditions have not been met, we reserve the right not to refund the amount to your account and have to send the returned item back to you.
You have the right to make a complaint in case of:
- manufacturing defects of the goods (discovered upon receipt of the product(s) or within 14 days if the above return conditions are met)
- non-conformity with advertised/ordered size or model.
In these cases, the costs of delivery will be borne by the Merchant. In order to make a complaint, the Customer undertakes to notify the Merchant in writing at notacliche.ltd@gmail.com in advance by attaching a photo where the defect is clearly indicated or in the case of an erroneously sent size by the Merchant - indicating the order number, where the size desired by the Customer is visible and accurate.
